Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 1 November 2026
1. About the Site
This website, https://huntaa.co.uk/ (the "Site"), is a free, non-commercial website run by an individual in the United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us by email at info@huntaa.co.uk.
2. These terms
These terms apply to your use of the Site. By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one shown on this page when you use the Site.
3. What the Site does
The Site is a free information and comparison service. It helps you find second-hand items that people have offered for sale on third-party marketplaces, and shows our own estimate of how each price compares with the item's typical value.
- We do not sell the items shown. We do not own, hold, inspect or deliver them, and we are not the seller or an agent of the seller.
- You cannot buy through the Site. Each item links to the original listing. Any purchase is made directly with the seller on that marketplace, under that marketplace's own terms and policies.
- Any contract for an item is between you and the seller. Questions about an item, payment, delivery, returns, refunds or disputes must be raised with the seller or the marketplace concerned.
- We are independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any marketplace, brand or manufacturer named on the Site, and we do not receive payment from them. All trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the items described.
4. Information on the Site
Listing information (such as titles, descriptions, photos, prices, condition and general location) comes from the original listings and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Items may already be sold, reserved, withdrawn or changed by the seller. Always check the original listing, and the item itself, before you buy.
Our "fair value", "deal" ratings, savings figures, new-price comparisons and similar indicators are estimates and opinions produced from the information available to us. They are for general information only and are not a valuation, a guarantee of condition or authenticity, or advice to buy or not to buy.
We do our best to keep the Site accurate, but we do not promise that it will be complete, current, error-free or available at all times. We may change, suspend or close any part of the Site without notice.
5. Removal requests, problems and complaints
If you are the owner of a listing shown on the Site and would like it removed, if an item you see here is no longer available, if you believe any content on the Site is inaccurate, infringes your rights or includes your personal information, or if you have any other complaint, please email us at info@huntaa.co.uk.
To help us act quickly, please include the link to the page on our Site and the reason for your request. We aim to review requests promptly and, where appropriate, remove or correct the content. Asking us to remove content does not affect the listing on the original marketplace.
6. Using the Site
You may use the Site for your own personal purposes. You must not:
- use the Site in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or that breaches these terms;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server or any connected system, or attack the Site (for example with a denial-of-service attack);
- introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material;
- use the Site to send unsolicited advertising or to harass anyone.
We may restrict or end your access to the Site if we reasonably believe you have broken these terms.
7. Accounts
If you create an account, you must give accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing us.
8. Links to other websites
The Site links to third-party websites, including the marketplaces where items are listed. We have no control over those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices, or for any loss arising from your use of them. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Intellectual property
The design and layout of the Site, the text we write and our ratings and estimates belong to us. Listing content belongs to the people who created it; trade marks belong to their owners. Nothing in these terms gives you any right to use our content other than to view the Site for your own use.
10. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
The Site is provided free of charge. Subject to the paragraph above:
- we are not responsible for any item shown on the Site, for the acts or omissions of any seller or marketplace, or for any transaction you enter into with a seller;
- we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by relying on information on the Site, including our estimates and ratings, where we have taken reasonable care in providing it;
- we are only responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure to use reasonable care and skill; we are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable;
- if you use the Site for business purposes, we will not be liable for any loss of profit, sales, business, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill or reputation, or any indirect or consequential loss.
We are not responsible for damage to your device or digital content caused by a virus or other harmful material that we could not reasonably have prevented. Please use up-to-date virus protection.
11. General
If a court decides that any part of these terms is invalid, the rest will continue to apply. If we do not enforce any of these terms straight away, we may still do so later. These terms do not give any rights to anyone other than you and us.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
